Voter Identification Calls

Voter Identification Calls calls are designed to identify voters who are likely to vote yes if they vote in an upcomming election. This list of likely voters collected by these calls is used later in a campaign as the list for reminder calls. Identification calls are not generally used to change voter minds, although some campaigns choose to combine voter identification with persuasion.
These calls are usually made 6 to 8 weeks before election.

Reminder / Get Out the Vote Calls

These calls go out to voters who have been identified as likely yes-voters during the Voter Identification calls and/or from lists saved from previous campaigns, or on pro-education lists. The main objective of these calls is to remind the potential voter to vote and when the election is taking place. These calls are short and quick, in order to contact as many voters as possible. The message is simply a reminder to vote on election day.
These calls are ussally made the last week of the campaign and up to and on election day.

No Embarrassing "Auto Dialer" Impressions

Unlike other options, BlueCallCenter does not use "auto dialers". All of us have received those auto dialed calls, where machines dial large quantities of numbers, then "switch" the ones that are answered to live operators:

"Hello," we say, when the phone rings.
Dead air, while the server detects an available interviewer.
"Hello??" we say again, as it dawns on us that this is probably one of "those" calls.
More dead air as the server "switches" the call.
Finally, if we haven't hung up (I already have), we hear the operator say "Hello?"

This is definitely not the kind of first impression you want your campaign to make on the voters. Auto dialers are designed to increase production in professional, commercial sales or credit collections operations, but we do not believe they are appropriate for voter contact.

Using BlueCallCenter, you will make the best possible first impression, calling in the natural way we all make phone calls.
