What is My BlueCallCenter?

My BlueCallCenter combines the efforts of your dedicated campaign volunteers and the Internet to create an "instant" virtual phone bank operation for your campaign. The cost of service is only $75 per month for unlimited usage. And unlike other options, if you need it, My BlueCallCenter can back up your callers, with a nationwide network of over 1,600 paid professional interviewers to get your project done on time.

Easy to Use

After you have created an account and uploaded your list, campaign script, and created a list of authorized volunteer users, your volunteers can access the system using the latest edition of popular web browsers (Firefox is recommended). No specialized software has to be downloaded, and the easy, video training, is available online, right on the site. And, best of all, the results of the calling are updated immediately and available to you in real time.

Your Campaign Workers

Simply put, My BlueCallCenter allows your volunteers to make your calls from any location with high speed Internet access, using any computer and their personal phone. Volunteer callers typically use their own land lines, VOIP service, or free cell phone minutes. If your district is large enough to incur toll charges for some workers, they may sign up a for low cost VOIP service with unlimited outbound calling.

Get Your Results

My BlueCallCenter allows you to watch your calls being made, with the results updated every few seconds. When the callers are not making calls, you can download the results of your project into an Excel compatible, CSV formatted file. This can be used to update a master list in another system, or create walk lists, mailing lists, etc. depending upon your campaign organization's needs.

No Embarrassing "Auto Dialer" Impressions

Unlike other options, My BlueCallCenter does not use "auto dialers". All of us have received those auto dialed calls, where machines dial large quantities of numbers, then "switch" the ones that are answered to live operators:

"Hello," we say, when the phone rings.
Dead air, while the server detects an available interviewer.
"Hello??" we say again, as it dawns on us that this is probably one of "those" calls.
More dead air as the server "switches" the call.
Finally, if we haven't hung up (I already have), we hear the operator say "Hello?"

This is definitely not the kind of first impression you want your campaign to make on the voters. Auto dialers are designed to increase production in professional, commercial sales or credit collections operations, but we do not believe they are appropriate for voter contact.
