Telephone Surveys

An telephone survey is a survey of public opinion from a particular sample. Surveys are designed to represent the opinions of a population by asking a small number of people questions and then extrapolating the answers to a larger group.

There is a minimum of 3 questions per questionaire.

No Embarrassing "Auto Dialer" Impressions

Unlike other options, BlueCallCenter does not use "auto dialers". All of us have received those auto dialed calls, where machines dial large quantities of numbers, then "switch" the ones that are answered to live operators:

"Hello," we say, when the phone rings.
Dead air, while the server detects an available interviewer.
"Hello??" we say again, as it dawns on us that this is probably one of "those" calls.
More dead air as the server "switches" the call.
Finally, if we haven't hung up (I already have), we hear the operator say "Hello?"

This is definitely not the kind of first impression you want your campaign to make on the voters. Auto dialers are designed to increase production in professional, commercial sales or credit collections operations, but we do not believe they are appropriate for voter contact.
